Aurora Kinnisvara is a real estate development and project management company whose goal is to help landowners, developers, and companies find the best possible use for real estate and take development projects from idea to implementation.
Our team has long-term experience in the real estate sector and a practical understanding of how the different stages are connected.
We have led and advised on several detailed planning processes, the aim of which has been to find the best possible solution for the property owner — whether it is valuing the land, creating building rights, or preparing the property for real development.
Tony Kolla is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur who has been in the field since 2003. His diverse background gives him in-depth market knowledge and the ability to achieve excellent results in real estate management and development.
Argo Karuse has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, entrepreneurship and project management. His expertise includes both smaller apartment developments and large-scale residential and commercial environments, detailed planning, design management, construction process management and stakeholder engagement.

Apartment developments: apartment developments in the Uus-Kalamaja and Vibu Street areas, Mäepealse apartment buildings in Tallinn and Papiniidu apartment buildings in Pärnu.
Commercial buildings: Mechatroonikum commercial building in Tehnopol Science Park and several projects with office, commercial and special solutions.
Diverse business and cultural environments:
Argo has created and launched unique environments, including the Kivi Paber Käärid restaurant in an old industrial setting, the Wunderbaar bar and concert venue in Pärnu, and the Palo Alto Club coworking space in Telliskivi. He has also advised on the real estate and construction of the Põhjala brewery and participated in the planning of the Tallinn Film City.
